What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on SKU, unit, packaging and customization. Send estimated sets per item for a quotation. Sample listings are not stock or MOQ commitments.
Can I combine products?
Send a mixed shortlist. Item minimums, packing and readiness are reviewed together before an order is agreed.
Can you supply branded packaging?
Private-label options are assessed against product, artwork, language and quantity. Product development or tooling is a separate scope.
Can I review samples first?
Request sample availability, version, cost and delivery arrangements for the exact item. Record the approved sample before bulk ordering.
Are products certified for my market?
Review documents for the exact model and market. We do not make a blanket certification claim for every product shown.
Are blocks compatible with other brands?
Compatibility requires a specific system reference and sample check. No affiliation with another toy brand is implied.
How soon can an order ship?
Sample, artwork, production and dispatch are separate milestones. Timing is confirmed after the product version and scope are agreed.
